Project Amazon: Water Harvesting by Johanna Bengtsson

After spending a month in a Brazilian community near the Amazon, Johanna Bengtsson designed a water-pumping device that is powered by the flow of the Solimões River. The installation provides people with water during the dry season and removes the need for inconvenient walks under the sun, laden with water tanks.
