Designs RWE Intelligent Energy Campaign
From robots to bicycles, Spanish lighting designer Luisa Álvarez has played a major role in a new advertisement for German electrical brand RWE.
In fact, Álvarez has designed all five of the light installations used in the commercial. Click here to see the video! First, the projects are shown individually as ‘sections.’ Scan to 1:15 and you’ll see the resulting director’s cut of the commercial, with Álvarez’s creations in use.
‘The concept is how important light is in ours lives,’ Álvarez explains. ‘It’s with us all the time and has an influence on our moods; for this reason we need an Intelligent Energy.’
The commercial was created in collaboration with director Aleksander Bach, Jung Von Matt, Peter Matjasko, photographer Belen Leiva and production companies Erste Lieve Film and Seven Senses.
