Fashion label Marni has launched its newest flagship shop in Barcelona.
As guests enter the store, they descend down a small staircase into the main sales room. The 127-sq-m space is filled with Marni’s signature elements, including a large stainless steel tree that stretches from floor to ceiling. Furthermore, stainless steel railings wind alongside walls, acting as display hangars for clothing.
‘The façade and entrance treatment is minimal with a scattering of hanging mannequins,’ say architects at Sybarite. ‘It creates clear sight lines to a wall of backlit fibreglass display boxes and creates an imposing and dramatic focal point.’
The shop can be visited at 304 Carrer de Provença, Barcelona.
