How can I open an account?
Visitors to www.frameweb.com can sign up for an online account, which will store your subscription and purchase details. You can create the account in the shopping cart section of the site by filling in your details and a password.
What happens if I forget my password?
On Frameweb.com's homepage, scroll down to the Log In and Shopping Cart bar. Place your cursor over 'Log In,' click on the 'forgot my password' button and on the subsequent page, enter your email address. An email will be then be sent to this address with a new password.
How can I change my account details?
If you've already created an account, you can review and edit your contact information by logging with your details and clicking on 'My Account.'

How can I subscribe to Frame, Mark or Elephant magazines (print version)?
If you have a credit card, you can order your subscription online. It's the fastest and simplest way to subscribe. We will confirm your subscription by email and include a receipt of payment. Subscribers who do not wish to pay by credit card can email our subscription department. Please mention the type of subscription you require, along with your name and address. You will receive an invoice and when it has been paid in full, your subscription will be activated. You can also subscribe by sending an email to email@example.com.

What is required for a (discounted) student subscription?
Student subscribers are asked to fax or send a copy of their current certificate of enrolment (issued by the school in question) to +31 20 4280 653. We also accept scanned documents, which should be emailed to our subscription department.
How can I renew my subscription?
All Frame’s subscriptions renew automatically. Unless we receive cancellation in advance, you will receive notice by email to renew your subscription online. Should you choose not to renew online, a print invoice will be sent to you after you receive your last issue in your subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation of a subscription must take place no less than 30 days before the paid subscription is due to expire. The subscriber may cancel by sending a letter, a fax or an email to Frame Publishers. Cancellation by telephone is also possible.
Where can I change my address details?
Sign in to your account and click on 'my account' to change your address details. To ensure uninterrupted access to Frame magazine, the subscriber must notify Frame Publishers of a change of address no less than three weeks before moving house.
Where can I find my client number?
Your client number is on the label attached your magazine’s shipping package. We advise you to sign up for an account on this site and to enter all relevant details. If you can't find or remember your client number, please send an email request to our subscription department. Be sure to mention your name and full address.
How can I pay for my subscription?
For online orders and subscriptions, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Ideal (available in the Netherlands only), payment by cheque (Europe only) or bank transfer are also possible.

Which shipping options are available?
Subscribers to Frame, Mark or Elephant magazines receive all issues in protective packaging via international surface mail, and the costs of shipping and handling are always included in the subscription price. In the case of books and magazine (back) issues, we will send your order via International Courier Companies and calculate the shipping costs according to the total weight of your order and your location. Discount codes do not apply to the shipping costs, only to our products.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Frame Publishers attempts to fulfil orders within two working days of receipt. For books and (back) issues you can expect your delivery within six business days. Subscribers typically receive their magazines within three weeks of the publication date.
What is Frame's return policy?
If the product received is defective or incomplete, or if it fails to meet expectations, the buyer has a period of 30 days in which to respond in one of the following ways: the buyer can contact Frame Publishers (by fax, post or email only) requesting the repair or exchange of the product (or part of the product) in question.
