Ciel de Paris by Noe Duchaufour-Lawrance
Ciel de Paris is a restaurant and bar which skilfully complements a panoramic view of the city.
Ciel de Paris was masterfully designed by Noe Duchaufour-Lawrance, a French designer known for his effective use of fluid organic shapes and the materials needed to make them.
Take the lift in the Tour Montparnasse in Paris, exit at the 56th floor and wham - the sight will make visitors giddy. From this spot, the panoramic view of the city is breathtaking. But what makes it even more astonishing is the environment in which guests find themselves.
The hues and materials of the furniture, all the work of Duchaufour-Lawrance, enhance the overall colour scheme and the golden glow of the City of Light. Customized illumination, produced in partnership with Artemide, combines indirect haloes of light on the ceiling and honeycomb lights that create a graduated glimmer from outside to inside. Ceiling lights fitted with mirrors further reflect the vista, adding to the magic.
