Whispery Savoury seems to imply a gastronomic experience, especially when you learn that the two words define a series of events hosted by London restaurants, but taste and sound were just two ingredients of an interactive feast for all the senses. A creative team whose talents range from music production to graphic design laid on an evening to refresh jaded palates – not to mention eyes, ears, nose and fingers. Diners made sweet music with specially designed tableware, with one piece for each taste: sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami (pleasant savouriness).
