Nestled between the south-western tip of Tiergarten and Brietscheidplatz, Bikini Berlin Hotel emulates the city's thriving sub culture. As 25hour Hotel’s latest establishment, the listed 1950s Bikini-Haus was renovated into something of an urban jungle by cutting-edge designer Werner Aisslinger.
Across 10 floors, guests experience the best of Berlin’s experimental and cosmopolitan character. A rooftop terrace – providing 360-degree views over Tiergarten’s leafy canopy – links the Neni restaurant and Monkey bar. Within a striking greenhouse – pieced together from discarded hothouses – an elevated platform perches iconic Moroso chairs in the direction of the sunset. Sliding facades fuse outdoor and indoor space.
Food service doesn’t stop there. The lobby-level Woodfire Bakery produces bread and pastries from large wood-burning ovens. Throughout the building, so called Bikini Islands – Wohnzimmer Lounge, Working Lab, DJ Corner and Sauna – flank 149 jungle- and urban-themed bedrooms.
