Ruco Line Flagship by Jean Nouvel

French architect Jean Nouvel produced a contemporary interior concept for the brand to implement across its new international stores.

Italian brand Ruco Line unveiled their latest flagship in Rome's luxurious shopping district on Via del Babuino. Following previous collaborations including the Pure collection and Vrac bag, French architect Jean Nouvel produced a fitting spatial concept comprised of lines for the brand. A minimal scheme reveals and accentuates the building's interior details including vaulted ceilings and arched niches. Inserted into peg board surfaces along the floor and ceiling planes, minimal steel rods seem to spear the brand's footwear and bag collections.

A combination of pure white floors, walls and ceilings and mirrored partitions let the colourful products hover in space, evoking the refined atmosphere of an art gallery. The flexible design concept will spread across the company's new international stores, seamlessly adjusting to a diverse range of interior surfaces.
