The optimism of the world’s largest furniture fair

Milan – The 2018 edition of the Salone del Mobile promises to expand the horizons of the worldwide design and furnishing industries on 17 - 22 April with its vast array of exhibits from more than 2,000 brands and designers. Companies at the forefront of the industry will be presenting products and solutions for contemporary living that combine aesthetics with technological innovation, flexible functionality and sustainability with an eye to the future.

The Salone Internazionale del Mobile is held alongside the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, and flanked by the biennial EuroCucina and its attendant event FTK (Technology for the Kitchen), as well as the International Bathroom Exhibition. This consolidation of design across industry sectors has the advantage of bringing together projects and businesses to reveal the integrated trends and broader movements shaping the landscape of the future of living.

The concepts at EuroCucina and FTK reveal tomorrow’s kitchen to be an interconnected and multipurpose place that’s meaningful on an emotional level.

In its 57th edition, the Salone del Mobile spreads its wings to embrace the city of Milan, weaving itself into the living fabric of the city. This is aligned with the fair’s philosophy that contemporary design and technological advancements can neglect neither the human aspect nor the world around us.

The Salone del Mobile promises to expand the horizons of the design and furnishing world on 17 - 22 April 2018.
