Event Management Intern
Location: Amsterdam
Hours: 36 hours per week, for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible

We are looking for a bright, hardworking and talented intern to support the organization and production of the Frame Awards and Frame Lab 2019! For more information on these events, visit frameawards.com and check out these cool videos:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Updating and improving the Frame Awards database
•    Assisting in planning, creating and implementing weekly deliverables for a digital campaign
•    Managing communications with Frame Awards submitters, nominees and winners
•    Assisting in managing jury members, speakers, exhibitors and other guests
•    Supporting the production of the Frame Awards and Frame Lab
•    Providing general administrative / project management support to the Frame Awards team
•    Manage Frame’s appearance at international trade fairs to support magazine/books and subscription sales

Requirements:
•    High level of English, written and spoken
•    Preferably an event management or communications student
•    Up-to-speed with MS Outlook, MS Excel, Mailchimp
•    Well-organized and reliable
•    Enthusiastic and flexible
•    Pro-active and independent

Digital Graphic Design Intern
Location: Amsterdam
Hours: 36 hours per week, for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible

Frame seeks a creative, ambitious, digital graphic design intern to start immediately. The digital graphic design intern will assist with producing animations and environmental graphics; as well as designing websites, exhibition materials, marketing and other materials related to the Frame identity.

The ideal candidate will:
•    Be creative, self-motivated and enjoy working with others
•    Have experience creating environmental graphics, animations and gifs, and editing short videos
•    Be fluent in current design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
•    Have an interest in architecture, contemporary art and design
•    Communicate fluently in English

Marketing & Communications Intern
Location: Amsterdam
Hours: 36 hours per week, for a period of 6 months starting 1 June

We are looking for a bright, hardworking and talented intern to support the marketing of Frame products and services and the production of events, including the Frame Awards and Frame Lab.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Writing and sharing marketing and communications materials including social media posts, press releases and newsletters
•    Assist in planning, creating and implementing social media and PR initiatives
•    Implement and maintain marketing campaigns for our titles and events
•    Update, extend and improve our sales and marketing databases
•    Provide general support to the editorial and events teams 

Requirements:
•    High level of English, written and spoken
•    Forward thinking and creative
•    Enthusiastic and flexible
•    Pro-active and independent
•    Up to speed with the latest social media channels and Google Analytics
•    Interested in offline and online marketing

Editorial Intern
Location: Amsterdam
Hours: 36 hours per week, for a period of 6 months

Are you an interior and object design enthusiast with a passion for writing and storytelling? Are you an unapologetic social media junkie? Have you always wondered who writes those newsletters that stand out in your inbox and demand to be read? The Frame editorial team is looking for someone who gripped their screen and shouted YES! THAT'S ME! to these questions. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•    Researching and collecting material for articles, both online and for Frame magazine
•    Writing short articles
•    Preparing email communications such as newsletters and press releases in the most engaging format
•    Attending and contributing to weekly editorial meetings
•    Updating the online database on back issues
•    Compiling our contributors list and sending out PDFs to contributors
